Richmond Shares

When a Recipient is found for a donated item, an email or a telephone call will be made to the Donor by Richmond Shares.

The transfer can take place a number of ways:

1. If the item is small enough, having the Donor drop it off at Richmond Shares office would be a good way. The Recipient can come and pick it up there.
2. If the item is bigger and requires transportation, then some creative way will need to be worked out between the Donor the Recipient.
3. If the Donor can go that extra mile to deliver it or drop it off at the Recipient's location that would be much appreciated.

Please keep in mind that this service is targeted to the low-income residents of Richmond and as such, Recipients rarely will have means of transporting large items.
